VICROADS has apologised after a contractor mowed over a shrine to a Colac man who died after a car hit him near Winchelsea.

A contractor mowed over flowers and tributes for a Colac car crash victim, just days after his death.
While i feel sorry for the family, the contractor doesn’t deserve the venom – it was a new shrine in long grass and the poor bugger probably didn’t even see it until he was on top of it.
