Alex White grew up in Colac and graduated from Colac College in 2004. He studied public relations at Geelong's Deakin University and graduated in 2008 before moving to Sydney for six months on a "working holiday".     What a disgraceful act. If caught a jail sentence would be an appropriate penalty.
