    An increase in carp in Lake Colac has prompted one An increase in carp in Lake Colac has prompted one community member to suggest a fishing competition to reduce the pest’s presence in Victoria’s largest natural freshwater lake. Keen Colac fishers Merrilyn Glynn and her husband George Green regularly fish at Lake Colac, and have noticed an increase in the number of carp splashing about in the water or lying on the shore after being caught in recent weeks. #colacherald #lakecolac #carp
